Settlers Rest is a combination of several different types of homes. Some are owned by their tenants, but the majority are owned by the park and rented out.
Those who own their own home rent the site from the park under a different agreement than a cabin rental.
A site may be made available by contacting the park and discussing the specific needs.
Rental cabins become available ocassionally and are listed on this website when they come up.
Leases are arranged via a Property Manager and a bond and up-front rent are required.
In all cases, electricity, water and sewerage are included in the rental. Gas is not included and is the responsibility of the tenant.
Wireless NBN is available in the area and is suitable for streaming services, computer gaming and any other online activity needed. Internet is not provided by the park and connection of a service is up to each tenant.
